Because if the concrete in the mixing tank solidifies due to the maintenance of the engine at the first time, it is essential to lose at least one tank of concrete. In serious cases, the mixing tank may be scrapped, and the loss is even greater. Therefore, we should give priority to how to drain the concrete in the mixing tank as soon as possible, and then how to repair the engine.
First of all, we will analyze the following three situations that cause the mixing tank of cement mixer not to rotate, namely, the hydraulic pump failure, the hydraulic motor failure, and the engine failure. Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the fault vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. Use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing cylinder of the fault vehicle and discharge the concrete.
